Each year, a group of parent volunteers gathers together to prepare more than 1,000 pans of beef enchilada casseroles that are pre-sold for pick-up just in time for Super Bowl Sunday!
Pans are $15 each and orders can be placed two ways:

2. Over the phone by calling (559) 331-4989 (this is a land line, not a cell)
Checks are to be made payable to St. Aloysius Parents' Club.
Volunteers are needed to accept pre-sale orders, shop for and prepare ingredients, compile casseroles, and staff the pick-up table.
Orders are due by January 29. Pick-up windows are Friday, February 5 from 4-7 P.M.; and Saturday, February 6 from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M.
Any orders not paid for in advance will be sold if they are not picked up by 12 P.M. on February 6.
Due to COVID restrictions, this year's pick-up location will be at the TDES Hall.
